One of the biggest surprises of the MLB season across North Carolina sports betting has been the play of young talent like Oakland Athletics rookie closer Mason Miller, who has shined out of the bullpen in the East Bay for a team that’s mired in mediocrity this year.

Given the fact that Miller still has two more years before he hits arbitration, it’d likely take a king’s ransom to make the A’s move their All-Star closer prior to this year’s July 30 deadline, which is why we list Oakland as a -400 favorite to keep him in town.
Of the outside suitors for Miller’s pitching services, the Philadelphia Phillies (+1750) and Baltimore Orioles (+1450) have the best odds overall, with both teams looking to shore up their bullpens ahead of their playoff runs in the NL and AL.
Longshots to make a deal for Miller include the Los Angeles Dodgers at +4050, speaking to the slim shot that the A’s will part with one of the game’s brightest bullpen arms this soon in his professional career.
